      Autonomy, trust, respect, to get the job done in my way. Open to conferences and travel to build relationships. Excellent customer satisfaction. Excellent quality staff onshore and offshore.

      Sales outreach and deal process not 100% defined, but this could be viewed as a positive.

      My experience with front line management, HR and IT has been very positive.

      Cons

      Project based employment. Short term projects can lead to short term interruption in income. Be prepared for that.
