      Pay rate, work schedule, only one really good manager

      Cons

      Rude and/or "out to lunch" managers that don't answer most of your emails about concerns you have about a client.( Like facility coders "cherry picking" charts when you have a productivity rate to meet.) When I did get an email from one of them, it was usually aggressive, accusatory sounding. "What is this.....on your timecard?" I felt like a school kid that had been called into the principal's office. The "bench times" between clients were ridiculous ( 2 weeks for security clearance?) Getting an angry letter from another manager while trying to help a client... asking to speak to HR about this incident to which they never responded

We always are looking for feedback to improve our benefits and communications with executives. Given the remote nature of the himagine workforce, we respect the challenge it would be to meet colleagues on a consistent basis. Our managers work hard to create a teams approach to the work and the clients in order to facilitate group processes and communications.
