Thank you for your response. We appreciate that you found our pay and flexibility a plus, among other key himagine aspects that worked well for you. We always are looking for feedback to improve our benefits and communications with executives. Given the remote nature of the himagine workforce, we respect the challenge it would be to meet colleagues on a consistent basis. Our managers work hard to create a teams approach to the work and the clients in order to facilitate group processes and communications.

Pros

There are many talented and hardworking employees at the mid and staff levels who genuinely care about clients and take pride in their work. Some flexibility and exposure to diverse projects can make for good experience early on.

Cons

Unfortunately, the culture at Omega Healthcare is heavily influenced by favoritism and internal hierarchy rather than performance or integrity. Leadership tends to favor certain groups and backgrounds, creating a clear divide between those in the “inner circle” and everyone else. This dynamic leaves many employees — especially those outside the preferred group — feeling silenced or marginalized. I also experienced inconsistency in compensation practices, particularly around commissions and plan changes. When concerns were raised, they were met with defensiveness instead of accountability. Over time, this culture of avoidance and selective enforcement eroded trust and morale across the team.
