Over worked, underpaid and no room to excel in the business. Unlike what I was told in my interview.
Pros
Mostly friendly co workers. Clean environment to work in and close to home.. If u live close by. A good team/office environment.
Cons
You are required to stay back at least 45 mins (sometimes up to 2 hours) every night, without pay. If you don't like it, I quote, "there is the door". There is a bit off bullying/rudeness to the cultural staff members. You get one 45 minute break per day in a 10 hour shift. But in order to make up for the extra unpaid hours away from your family, you can have a glass of wine on a Friday, while you are working your required, unpaid overtime and then drive home (great OHS work ethics). According to al staff there, they go through that many admin staff and carers. They had 12 staff that had been there under 3 months and 7 of them left while I was employed. Staff members that have been there only just over a year, say that they go through so many staff.
