• The work is challenging, but interesting and fulfilling. I know that my completed projects have an unparalleled impact both within the company and the small business community • Flexible hours leads to a great work-life balance; was able to complete my MBA, get married, buy and remodel a house all while working full-time • Brilliant senior management team is always accessible and provides excellent guidance to the employees to aid in their development • The frequent team-building events, lunch & learns, and weekly in-office happy hours promote collaboration between the different departments

• Not a lot of great lunch options by the NYC office

- Excellent management that will go to bat for you and get the job done. - A truly "ego free" sales floor where victories are celebrated by all. - Achievable goals with excellent tools and support to get you there. - Generous rewards for hard work, regular competitions to keep you motivated, and the overall compensation is very comfortable. - Stocked kitchen with breakfast foods and snacks, everyone in the company is approachable and friendly, the CEO sits in a desk like everyone else and is present in meetings, transparency within the company, and last but not least month after month of consistent growth!

Cons

- It's sales, and sales require extremely hard work, dedication, and the mentality to succeed. If you aren't ready to give 110%, then the sales role may not be for you.
