Pros

Big company that grew/is growing through acquisition, so if you want to work for a big company that may be/is getting bigger, this may be a good fit for you. Could be lots of opportunities after they regroup all of their consolidated, acquired companies.

Cons

This place is a mess! What do you get when you buy 3 or 4 or 7 companies, throw them in a bag and shake them up? A great company salad?! Nope, guess again! Several silos in the organization where information doesn't flow in any direction and no one knows what's going on.

Pros

Contract with a lot of companies and a good referral source for Physical Therapy.

Cons

Low pay rate. I was told that If I treated patients with less rates, they can double my referrals. Lot of lies when time comes to pay. They never get the therapy notes even after repeatedly sending it to them. They make up stories as they come.
