Pros

Good market to work in and good experience gained. Pay was good for the area as well. Overall good opportunity

Cons

Not much advancement opportunity. Many in upper management scrambling to be on top at any cost. General disconnect from workers.

Pros

CEO & Chairman were always approachable and often in the office. It was definitely family oriented (once you're there for awhile). I was there for almost 4 years. The Call Center is the heart & soul of the company but unfortunately is treated like the revolving door it is. Agents are only paid $13 hr and raises are pennies on the dollar. There is definitely room for advancement & growth if you get through the "prison structure" they have in place. One you get out of the call center, you actually start to feel like you have a job now and not serving a sentence.
