Pros
I've been with the company for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. The tech is top notch, especially in the government space, and if you're motivated to learn and contribute, your efforts will be recognized. I've been on multiple projects in the government contracting domain, and have found this to be the most rewarding so far because of the unique challenges, bright colleagues, and growth opportunities. The company has been organizing regular social events and tech talks to show appreciation for its employees. Also offers generous tuition and travel reimbursement, PTO, and project based WFH days. Ultimately, you get out what you put in, and the company has done its best to recognize effort and results.
Cons
The company has grown in a short period of time and has gone through the regular growing pains, along with encountering circumstances outside of its control, but in my opinion has handled everything well. If you're looking for a place to coast, as is common with a lot of government projects, this probably isn't the best place for you.
