We take your feedback seriously and are pleased to announce recent enhancements to our benefits program. In August, we introduced the Flexible Benefits initiative, launching the Benefits Flexibility App and offering customizable PTO days to better meet individual needs. Further, we've implemented a Flex Credit system and introduced several new voluntary benefits. Despite a general increase in insurance costs, we've managed to decrease or maintain employee costs through these initiatives.
