Pros

Flexible hours and good health benefits. Great location and ability to work from home. Teamwork on a peer level is great.

Cons

Disposable. Unorganized. No room for advancement. Poor training no cohesion between processes management too busy to train but holds you responsible once upper management gets on their back.

Pros

Great people, co-workers are very helpful and will help when need which is great. There is minimal training.

Cons

Minimal training, but they seem to be trying to address that.

We are so pleased you have been with us for more than a year. We agree - the people here are great - which is highlighted by each annual Employee Engagement Survey. We recognized the need for more training to accommodate our rapid growth in 2016 and have hired a top notch Director of Training and added talented team members to her staff. In Q1 2017 we have launched enhanced job training, compliance training and manager training. We are excited about all of the training that will be delivered in 2017 to empower our employees to support our customers.

Pros

Workday is a great product. OSV has an impressive list of customers that are truly fun to work with. It is fast paced challenging work.

Cons

Bad experience underpaid, overworked. Company is broken but hidden and luring with “values” and “big” opportunity. This wears out fast and most employees do not stay longer than 2 years as they discover a lying poorly run company that has been in business too long to claim “growing pains”. For a company the purports to care about customer satisfaction it fails to empower its employees. The middle managers are in a cover your own mentality and they do anything to keep up appearances to upper management. This is a big ego company with a blunt shame and blame culture. Those with the largest egos, best at dodging work and scoring key assignments are the ones in charge. They have no clue on how to properly measure staff performance or to reward best efforts.
