Originally a small family business founded on solid core values that are no longer inherent in the day to day culture. Management team throws good people under the bus to make themselves look better. Morale is low. Workload expectations are unreasonable.

Incredibly rapid growth has separated Upper Management from the reality of what is truly happening. The remote locations still seem to have a more positive outlook but those of us at the home office are extremely frustrated and disappointed in the recent growth in Outside Middle Management that want to just do things the way their last employer did. News flash there is a reason why it is their PAST Employer. This same Middle Management is responsible for hiring for positions that are not needed in these remote locations and then making decisions that WILL hurt the customers and thus the company as a whole.
