Pay and the fact that you can work remotely.

Cons

Management is incompetent. No training. Not a good place for you to work if you are not a minority. They definitely promote minorities. They do not go by qualifications or input, but the color of your skin. They always have a target on someone's back. They don't like white people.

Lack of training. The people who are appointed to train you are too busy doing their own job.

OneSource Virtual does a great job of training and prep. They have good compensation, benefits, and work conditions. They provide an amazing, inclusive corporate culture that anybody would be lucky to work in. The upper-level management is open with communication regarding the business. OSV is a great company to work for, and I enjoy going to work every day.

Cons

Benefit costs could be better, but nothing to complain about as they're about average for this size company.
