Get to work with New Technologies Work with skilled and educated colleagues Enjoyable office and work tools Good initial starting salary offer Friendly colleagues and occasional internal company events International culture

Cons

High pressure for reaching deadlines A lot of meetings and administrative overhead (time logging, estimates, etc.) No perpetual/yearly raise when reaching (individual) goals High expectations on many skills required to produce results. Expected to juggle a lot of projects at once.
