      Free coffee in the break room.

      Cons

      Underpaid with no salary increase since my inception several years ago even though yearly reviews are exemplary. Extremely high employee turnover makes it difficult as workload just gets spread among the remaining team members. They have merged several roles so that employees have taken on the responsibilities of multiple jobs which they are calling a promotion yet no pay increase. Other benefits such as medical and dental are mediocre. Moral is down across the entire customer facing team.

      As a growing company we are experiencing many changes and change is often uncomfortable yet necessary to improve things in the long run. We appreciate that we need to make further adjustments and trust that when we do, these will enable further growth and success of the company and our employees.       The team there is very helpful and there is always a chance to develop,all the team members are helpful and usefull

      Cons

      The salaries are very low compared to united states, it get boring sometimes doing the same stuff all the time
