Pros

The remote work environment was the only pro.

Cons

Disorganized management and ever-changing compensation structures. Lack of support for both employees and customers. Upper management leads with fear tactics and go after mid level employees while under preforming employees are looked past.

None I can think of.

Cons

Over worked and underpaid. The place is extremely toxic and upper management plays favorites. They claim you can make $80k a year buts it’s nothing but a pyramid scheme. They pay $16 an hour you barely get any commission checks which means you have to rely on the base $16 an hour just to survive. Then when you get a $15 dollar bonus check they congratulate you like you won the lottery. Supervisors and managers are very unprofessional, hang out with each other outside of work, and they also talk down to you the morale is extremely low. All the managers care about is sales and billable minutes. They don’t care if you have a life outside of work. They expect you to come in all the time to make them sales. They make money off of your hard work and you walk away with peanuts. Nobody is happy working there. Do yourself a favor run far away from this place.
