      Pros

      PROS: Can make a lot of money. Co-workers are friendly and help full If you make a lot of sales, they allow you a very flexible schedule.

      Cons

      CONS: Management is poor. They have spiffs all the time but hardly pay them out correctly. Constantly changing the commission structure depending on company needs even though it hurts the agents. Make sure you look at your check closely, I have had at least 15% of checks incorrect. They do eventually fix it but you might have to fight for it.

      Pros

      Meeting new people. An OK job for someone fresh out of high school n working. Or an OK job for some one in college that doesn't need to work but wants extra spending money.

      Cons

      Company tries to find ways to not give commissions earned. They would change the requirements the day before pay day and apply it to that check. So what u thought u were getting paid was way less.

      Pros

      inbound calls, and you meet amazing co workers who always make sure you have the correct information to provide to our customers.

      Cons

      the supervisors never do there job, the commision structure changes every 3-4 weeks, there's alot of term shifts, the benefits are expensive, and the team leads socialize more with eachother then helping team members out and they're always firing and hiring people or people are always quitting because it's not worth the stress.
