Thank you for sharing your Implementation Consultant experience. It's great to see you're enjoying the benefits, flexibility, and people. We're happy you see the value in our product as well especially as a Customer Experience team member. We've made positive strides toward becoming a generational company because of our successful products. We're true market leaders in a space that matters. It's disappointing to see that you had a negative experience with OneTrust's performance management process. We believe career progression and advancement can happen in a number of ways - through new assignments or rotational opportunities, learning new skills, exposure to new customers or problems to solve, and promotions. When you’re defining and operating in a dynamic market there are no shortage of those opportunities. We became a market leader by challenging ourselves, learning every day, and never being satisfied. In the past few performance review cycles, many of our team members were also promoted or moved laterally into new roles within the company. We will continue to promote these opportunities and other career development offerings in the future.

Pros

Work life balance is good, however will depend on your team. Don't work more than 40 hours, and have clear boundaries. Health benefits and unlimited PTO are top notch

Cons

Stuck at the bottom of the corporate ladder, with minimal to no room to move upwards. Unclear on what the path to success and promotion are, and when it rarely is clear, the company is too political to even stay true to their word when it matters. Executive team is a joke. Constant change and miscommunication. Have no clue what the product is even capable of in the field. Never safe. Constant layoffs and fear that you might be next. Salary is lackluster. Been here 3 years and the bonus and salary increase last promotion cycle was a slap in the face.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Our Total Rewards team has done a lot of great work to enhance our employees benefits packages over the past few years. From flexible PTO to generous global parental leave and company-paid healthcare premiums in the US, it gives our people the support they need outside of work. At OneTrust, we believe career progression and advancement can happen in a number of ways - through new assignments or rotational opportunities, learning new skills, exposure to new customers or problems to solve, and promotions. There's been a lot of change at OneTrust recently. With the shifts in regulations, technology, and society - especially around data and AI - our company has a responsibility to update our strategy to ensure our 14,000 customers get what they need to carry out successful trust programs. We acknowledge that comes with internal change, and that dynamic environment isn't for everyone. We also understand there's a lot of work to do. There's always room for improvement, and OT leadership appreciates the feedback they hear and read from employees. We've seen this in action from changes they've made as a result of our anonymous employee engagement survey feedback. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to position the company for long-term success. We acknowledge the contributions of those that have been part of the OneTrust team and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. It's disappointing to read your experience. We certainly agree that our people are great to work with. They're driven, smart, and talented, and their diverse perspectives make collaborating fun. It's nice to see you like your compensation as well. We acknowledge OneTrust has gone through a lot of change. We aren't the same company we were when we were founded 8 years ago. Data, AI, and trust challenges have become more complex. Our company, teams, products, and processes have evolved as a result. We recognize that the dynamic environment and current phase of growth (a maturing scale up) aren't for everybody. For those who are motivated by continuously building and innovating with autonomy, OneTrust is a great place to work. We have 14,000+ customers across all industries and segments, and our products have a strong position in the market. We also have a flexible culture and benefits that support our employees both in and out of the office. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to position the company for long-term success. We acknowledge the contributions of those that have been part of the OneTrust team and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.
