In addition to generous commission plans, our Sales org has a huge TAM at their fingertips. As the pioneers in Trust Intelligence with a rapidly evolving Trust landscape, there's a ton of opportunity to sell and expand as we grow our existing 14,000+ customer base even more. In the midst of these sales activities, there's also opportunities to learn and grow as we make an impact on people and the planet. OneTrust started only 8 years ago, and we're in the midst of shifting from a start-up to scale-up. The pay is good and pto is nice

Cons

There is a lot of office politics and nepotism. Right before my manager quit he informed me that several members of my team would soon be laid off and our positions will be out-sourced. There's not much room for growth and you rarely get praised or awarded for going above and beyond.
