Pay, people that you work with

Cons

- product is outdated and competitors do the same thing with lower costs - customers are leaving due to absurd pricing strategy and constant changes in packages - Sales leadership don’t have a clear playbook unless it’s multi-year renewal contracts - Quota is unattainable for most and territory alignment is rigged - job security in London, if you do not relocate to Madrid/U.S there’s not much choice. Just a waiting game for the folks in the London office.
