The company is in a great position to do some amazing work in the Privacy field with a great management team that is passionate about the product. You have the chance to help build a really positive culture of great work ethic and passion about our industry. We have talent, hunger, financing, a huge market and are ready to win!

Cons

Long hours with really quick releases. We are focused on our product and winning which means that we don't have time for ping pong, dancing, and all the other crazy things that happen with a typical startup. If you aren't prepared to be 110% dedicated to the company, it may not be for you.

Being an early stage start-up you will have long work hours. But if you see that as an opportunity to learn and enhance your skills by working more you will enjoy every bit of it.
