Pros

Atlanta's technology scene is growing at a rapid pace and OneTrust is poised to take Atlanta to the next level. When you combine expertise, passion, maturity, and coffee all in one Startup, big things happen. Business to Business (b2b) can seem less sexy than your typical Google. But Google pays in mobile haircuts and free food. OneTrust offers a unique opportunity to grow your career and yourself by setting high standards and then as a team working together to make the improbable, possible.

Cons

There are no scooters or nerf guns. There are no wacky dance videos per request from Marketing. OneTrust works hard. Sometimes so hard that at the end of the week you can no longer form intelligible sentences and maybe they run on a bit. But the code looks beautiful ;)

Pros

The company culture is great. We have a great team work and happy work environment. Things move very fast in our company and we are constantly making contribution to the world! You definitely will get sense of achievements if you work here! The leadership team have strong work ethics and they are open-minded and understanding. Highly recommend!

Cons

Working in startup could mean long work hours. However, we respect personal situation and we work together as a team. You will never feel you are working on this alone. We will help as much as we can.

Pros

The company culture is a perfect combination of sincere dedication, passion for our trade, and awful nerdy jokes. Everyone is here because they want play a role in building great software. We have a great team full of smart, fun individuals and the atmosphere is very casual and positive, but we don't waste time and we're always focused on the product. Our upper management is always straightforward about the requirements of this job. They don't sugar coat or dance around the challenges we face, and they will be the first to acknowledge the difficulties of our rapid workflow. I have an immense respect for the people leading us precisely for this reason. I also know that they will be right beside us in the trenches when things get hectic. Trust between management and employees is not something you find at every company. Because our leadership is so transparent and down to earth, the rest of us are able to focus on our jobs without worrying about office politics or distractions of that nature. That trust is mirrored in the way that management looks to employees for their expertise, utilizes their strengths and values their opinions.

Cons

Fast pace often means long hours. We're very serious about rapidly producing quality technology, and sometimes this comes at the cost of some free time. This is not the kind of job that you come to play ping pong for 8 hours and go home. For some, this may be a turn-off. For others, it's a sign that we are willing to do what needs to be done to be successful.
