Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry that your experience has not been the positive one we hope to provide all employees. We take your feedback seriously, and we are committed to creating an open and collaborative environment, where we listen and respond to the ideas and concerns of all team members. One of the ways we are working to understand how employees view Catasys is through our employee engagement survey, which we most recently fielded in February this year. Through this tool, we gauge how employees are feeling about expectations, recognition, value, development and mission. Based on the results and trend, our employee satisfaction and engagement are both strong and trending upward. We’re committed to doing even better. We also identified and have prioritized the opportunity to improve collaboration. For example, we increased our company-wide meeting frequency to monthly, where we hope to encourage open and honest dialogue. We are also implementing approaches to collect and respond in real time to employee ideas for improvement and innovation. And, of course, we do have an annual salary review and performance-based increase plan in place.
