Pros

The mission of helping others, professional treatment of employees, your voice is heard, leadership knows where it is taking the company and shares that vision, ideas are appreciated, they celebrate success of individuals, people are recognized for their achievements, new Directors and VPs with new ideas are being added, room for internal promotion to larger roles.

Cons

Rapidly expanding organization you have to wear a lot of hats so flexibility is important.

Pros

I believed in there mission

Cons

The disrespect of other employees opinion. If you are not apart of the leadership click you are not value. CEO states he has a open door policy yet when you walk into his office he has no respect for your input. His response is never positive. Upper management feels the need to yell at you and when you bring your concerns to them nothing is done unless your a part of the click. The gossip from the leadership is ridiculous. But when you have a CEO when yells at his direct report what can you expect from upper management. No yearly raises are given if you are looking to retire from this company take on a second job NOW.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry that your experience has not been the positive one we hope to provide all employees. We take your feedback seriously, and we are committed to creating an open and collaborative environment, where we listen and respond to the ideas and concerns of all team members. One of the ways we are working to understand how employees view Catasys is through our employee engagement survey, which we most recently fielded in February this year. Through this tool, we gauge how employees are feeling about expectations, recognition, value, development and mission. Based on the results and trend, our employee satisfaction and engagement are both strong and trending upward. We’re committed to doing even better. We also identified and have prioritized the opportunity to improve collaboration. For example, we increased our company-wide meeting frequency to monthly, where we hope to encourage open and honest dialogue. We are also implementing approaches to collect and respond in real time to employee ideas for improvement and innovation. And, of course, we do have an annual salary review and performance-based increase plan in place. If you move forward with us, please feel free – and encouraged – to raise your concerns with your immediate supervisor, Human Resources or with me directly. If you decide to move on (we recognize that Catasys isn’t for everyone), we wish you the very best and hope you find the right fit for you. I’m glad you took the time to share your opinion so that I and others may reflect on it and think about ways we can adapt and do more to ensure you and other employees know that you are valued and appreciated.
