Work from home; most co-workers are great. Other than this it's become a total nightmare.

Cons

This company has become less than desirable. When I began working here it was about helping ppl. It has turned into a disaster. Upper management treats intelligent adults as if they were children. The compassion to help others has turned into a #'s game. More emphasis is placed on micro-managing employee's bathroom breaks.
