Pros

My overall experience with Catasys has been wonderful. Management is always open to new ideas, and they welcome feedback on processes. I do feel that I have a great work environment, wonderful team, and excellent work/life balance. I love the mission, and the fact that we can help some many people. It is a great feeling to be part of this company, and I hope to have a long and meaningful career with Catasys.

Pros

The company shows consistent growth, there are amazing upward mobility opportunities with a driven, fast growing workforce. This is an active remote workforce for all but a few jobs at corporate HQ.

Cons

Lack of a large scale SharePoint and PowerBI adoptation, but this is being addressed and worked on.
