Pros

Being a nurse for 15 years, I have worked in many areas of nursing. This is one of the few places that I feel truly values not only their members, but also their employees. There s so much growth potential and I feel supported 100%.

Cons

I miss face to face interaction at times. Benefits are costly. Technology issues.

We encourage more video conversations especially since Covid is driving us all indoors. We continuously review our benefits and find that they are competitive with the market. You will always have someone to turn to, the team work it beyond amazing. You are recognized for all of your work you do. The opportunities to grow/be promoted is outstanding. They diversity on every platform from the Cooperate office, outreach, innovation specialists, care coaches etc. is truly amazing. The company has so much respect for it's employees to make sure they are well in order to properly care for the member's we try to help everyday. Also a good work home life ratio, with understanding supervisors on schedule changes.

Sometimes it can be difficult to manage work at home.
