Pros
The people take pride in their work and truly care about succeeding on behalf of the customer. There are people with decades of experience that continue to serve the customers to the best of their ability because they want to do right by the client.
Cons
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Poor financial decision making (especially during the pandemic), nepotism, industry ignorance and marketing failures define this team. The style of management is very "old school." Very structured, very inflexible. The management rallying cry is "because it's what big companies do." That mentality went out in the 1990's. However, the ELT will hold on to it with a iron fist because they fear not being in control. Many quality people have left. Senior Management continues to speak poorly about those that have left rather than face their own cause/effect to the departure. The constant stream of departures has been labeled as "normal" by the ELT. What is happening at OpSec is not normal... and it's not a "normal rate of attrition" as has been described.
