Stable industry that is largely recession proof, with a good deal of the energy industry as customers. Looking to expand into Smart Grid tech

Cons

Atmosphere has become increasingly hostile, with employees losing flexibility. Group goals often poorly defined and contradictory. Favoritism abound. Company culture does not learn from its mistakes, with each new project hitting the same stumbling blocks.

Pros

You learn about mind games and bad management. You learn how to hire people with a job description and make them do a lot of other things instead. You learn how to be treated like you are stupid.

Cons

The most disrespectful bunch of liars run this company and if anyone could prove how bad they treat the people, they would have a big lawsuit. They have the most impossible ideas about time management. They use people. They make bad decisions. Management chooses not to approve things they ask for then they blame everyone else for it not getting done. The approval process is a horrible joke. One supervisor in communications is out of control and talks about the people like they are her bad pets.
