      Pros

      Good range of web products. Opportunity to work in Database programming Less Stress Easy Leave sanctions

      Cons

      Web products are supported on proprietary framework. Technology is obsolete and not required in the market. Limited Growth and no chance to go abroad as they have no on-site project concept.. Less appreciation for hard work. Fixed timings and prefer people willing to work in night shift so as to sync with US office. No transparency in appraisals and promotions are untimely. Managers lacking technical and product knowledge. Some leads possess negative attitude which may harm your growth.

      Pros

      I can truly say that OATI is a great company to be with. It has given me the platform I needed to make it on my own, and honed my skills to a level where i could start off in this Corporate World. One of the best things about OATI is the flexibility that an employee has to grow and develop his or her own style of working..:)

      Cons

      I would say it WAS a Con. Using old technology or programming language would have bring a setback to the growth but shifting to new languages will now vanish this con as well. :)
