Pros

-Campus HIGHLY secure! Entrance gates and security like Fort Knox. -Lots of windows on development floor. -State of the art data center. -Developers are their own DBA, graphic designer, back-end and front-end developer. -Friendly and young environment. -Extremely clean and up-scale bathroom for visitors; not accessible to employees. -Fast growing industry. Many opportunities outside of employer. -Many opportunities for customer interactions. -You get new job titles every 2-3 years.

Cons

-No transparency in regards to promotions, raises and bonuses. Discussing bonuses and raises is discouraged with other employees. -Yearly reviews take months to complete. -Does not offer any continuing education or tuition reimbursement. -Ridiculous office rules, such as no coffee between 11am-1pm with no explanation why. -Not supportive of employee personal life. Work hours is 8-5 no matter what. Can not work outside of the 8-5 even if employee have to drop/pickup kids at daycare or if employee needs to leave early for night classes. -Get to work 1 min late or leave work 1 min early and you'll get on the naughty email that gets sent to HR, your managers and the CEO. Does not matter if you worked 10 hours the day before. Same goes with lunches over 1 hour. -New employees start with 15 PTOs. These PTOs are all you get per year. No extra vacation time, sick time or funeral time. PTOs does not roll over, use them or lose them. -No training for new employees. -Internet access and usage are extremely monitored and blocked. -No coding or naming standards. Each team does their own thing. -Development teams does not communicate with each other. -Does not use the newest of programming technologies. -All products are *ONLY* Microsoft Internet Explorer compatible. No plans to support any other browsers. -Pay scale based on years of experience, education, where you graduated and meeting the minimal job requirements. Not on how over the top you are or how much you have impacted the bottom line. -Most developer machines does not meet minimum system requirements provided to end users.

Pros

Young Friendly crowd Game room. Easy going co-workers

Cons

Too much monitoring, micro managing. "Yes Sir" employees are preferred. Unique software company that requires employees to get to work at 8 and stay still 5. Lunch Break exactly an hour. If you are late by a min or leave early by a minute, you will get yelled at. They do not care if you worked long hours previous day or worked through your lunch breaks.
