      Pros

      - Very valuable mission, a diverse environment, bilingual communication, unlimited days off and energetic people. It is a bilingual company that we even can hear very different languages from the employees and the people have very different interests and backgrounds in the company. This diverse environment helps a lot to have very energetic vibes in the team and it helps to work with creativity.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced environment but it really helps you to grow.

I really enjoy the diverse and inclusive team that we are lucky to have, and the fact that we indifferently speak French or English in our work, during our all-hands, our meetings, and in our emails. My co-founder Mathieu and I welcome every new employee during a half-day-long onboarding session every 1-2 months. Every one of them shares their "story" during this moment. Possibility to work remotely once a week, monthly company events, outings and drinks, annual seminar, flexible timetables

      Amazing communication and transparency from the management. Very strong values and a lot of talented people. High level of excellence.

      it goes 120 miles a minute! Very very fast pace environment, not for the faint hearted and when you think it might slow down after a wide, well it doesn't
