      1.The company is made of really great people who really care about the people they hire. We recently had a full team luxury presidents club trip in Hawaii, all of our expenses were paid for! 2. Awesome benefits and incentives 3.Remote first company 4.Love the fact that no one micromanages your working hours

      The field organization (expanded sales org) has strong leadership with a clear vision for the future.

      Cons

      PTO policy is unique. Benefits are comparable to what you can buy directly on the exchange, significantly inferior to mid-large companies in the tech/saas space.

      Good people Great mission Fun and supportive culture-“Let’s build this thing together!” Committed to remote work but the company invests in full team in person meetings a few times a year which really helps with team morale.
