      Pros

      Company does good job being remote work environment. Excellent IT team, provides remote employees with great tools and support.

      Cons

      No HR. It’s outsourced. Employees must call an 800 number for any questions. HR leader not knowledgeable or able to help with issues, only gives out the 800#. DEI internally lacking. Managers not aligned to company’s public DEI image. Little diverse representation among management or leadership. PTO is a universal bucket of time, no vacation, holidays or sick days, company is always on, working. Not a real benefit for working parents or caretakers or new hires without the chance to build up an accrual of PTO time. Not a very accommodating policy.
