      Great Place to work but there are drawbacks

      Pros

      Salary is competitive Great teams across the organisation - support when needed Good Benefits Large portfolio of Products to sell

      Cons

      Lack of progression - not based on merit but rather on who you know Disjointed information - there is a central source for information but this only caters to one facet of the organisation eg sales uses one system, renewals uses another, PS uses a third system so there's a lack of information sharing between teams

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Great vacation time, good benefits, good management....adapted very quickly to covid and adjusted the whole company to work from home. The only hectic part was the interview process (not the actual interview but there was always a disconnect between recruiters and hiring managers)

      the only con would be your vacation days not carrying over

      Opportunity to learn the many products we offer Work from anywhere since pandemic started in 3/20 and now to mid year 2021 Focus on cloud, content services and security are exciting growth areas, for the company and employees. This company has the potential to own the spaces it focuses on ( that we don’t already own).

      Cons

      Extreme micro management to the point that it is the main focus Many processes are over-complicated and sales defeating versus sales enabling Short sighted at times in focusing on all potential growth areas
