Micromanagement, leading people to burn out, lack of flexibility, the management lacks of self-awareness overall. We're getting to a point where people would rather leave without a job than being there. They refuse to hear any truthful feedback, you just get tagged as negative. HR not tackling the problem at all... It's just getting worse. Which is a shame, because what they're doing best is the hiring. They truly have amazing people. We spend our time trying to sell technologies for people to not work on spreasheet and within the company we spend hours filling those. I was almost forgetting the lack of opportunity for development... I can count on the fingers the number of people that have been promoted. Honestly, the cons just keep going.
