Health benefits are ok, but get more expensive every year. Good work life balance.

Cons

Frequent layoffs to improve bottom line. Annual raises, if any, will not keep up with inflation. If you are caught up in a general RIF, don't ever expect to be rehired. Company will post your job after you are gone and hire a less experienced and much younger person at a much lower salary. CEO too political. CEO talks a good diversity game, but If you are a older employee at a perceived higher salary watch your back. You may be next one out the door.

The company might use older technology, depending on the team you work for. Also, the pay is average and, depending on the team or manager, might be on the lower side. Small pay increases.
