Pros

Your co-workers will be supportive, and if you are lucky you will find yourself in a hierarchy that knows how to manage people...

Cons

Senior management is disconnected, and cold. Mid-management is simply incompetent. Organizations are often silo'd, but OpenText is on another level. Bullying and doctorial management seems common. I have never been spoken to at any organization in the manner I was at OpenText and have it supported by my management.
