Pros

Huge number of customers in cloud and very good space to learn and explore things on different areas/sectors like R&D, Security, Product Development, Engineering, Testing, Cloud Operations, Services & Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance etc. Flat structured organisation so hardwork and luck will helps to promote to next levels pretty much comfortably if the promotion policy and criteria are met Plenty of products and heavily focused towards Cloud so opportunities are vast

Cons

Support management is poor so people are struggling with heavy work load and pressure which should be sorted by hiring more resources Showing keen interest on Investment in acquisition of companies should be equally displayed on investing in existing employees and hiring which will make /keep the employees happy and they can deliver the best to the customers Compensation part should be focused because service based organisations provide better and great salary so people are attracted and switching easily Senior employees should be given more preference and taken care well by understanding their needs so that skilled and experienced employees can be retained
