Pros

Not much to say here

Cons

Terrible executive management, products don't work, pay sucks, barely any benefits, acquire and maintain revenue mentality, employees are not important, and most importantly, the CEO, CTO, and Chairman Mark is a complete moron. Can you tell by his titles he is a power hungry, over controlling, incompetent and insecure person?

Pros

Immediate management are thoughtful and considerate. Reasonable salary and benefits. Flexible working conditions and hours (to some extent). Considerate of life outside of work.

Cons

Senior management has absolutely no regard for the many years experience the staff of their acquisitions have. They toss them aside without thought and needlessly waste valuable assets. No one in our local office has enough understanding of what is happening strategically in the rest of the company other than boilerplate emails. There is little or no chance to ask serious questions of management. Goals seem to constantly be shifting negating much hard work already done. Senior management has brought in an excessive number of buddies from previous roles that don't have a clue about our core business.

Pros

Some excellent people in pockets of the company.

Cons

Acquisition after acquisition after acquisition which means layoffs after layoffs after layoffs. The acquisitions mean that the company owns lots of software but seems like it struggles to actually develop anything itself. Profitable company but often little job stability.
