Business strategy appears to be acquiring companies and then slowly trimming numbers via layoffs. The best and brightest jump ship and look for something better. Eventually the acquired companies can no longer function well and their products are barely left on life support. Then it's off to the next company to acquire and then ruin. Everyone is constantly afraid for their jobs. Layoffs are frequent and without warning. And new hires seem limited to India. Raises and promotions are few and far between. Don't expect to be adequately compensated for the workload. Morale is terrible. The best and brightest do not stay here long.

Dishonesty and lies run rampant here. For example: -The cut maternity benefits to abysmal standards compared to the rest of the industry, while touting how great they are for women -They reduced vacation, in the same communication where they stated how important family is. -They relentlessly insisted on return to office, while telling us how important the environment is to them.
