Multiple acquisitions. Diverse application being used world wide. Good experience for a future career move. Decent benefits.

Cons

No telecommute. Work from office policy. Employees from acquisitions are expendable. Wages are lower than expected.

Pros

large and stable company to work for.

Cons

After OT acquired the company I worked at, my pay was cut, bonus stopped, and job eliminated. The benefits (health, ESPP, 401k) are not as good as with the previous company and the severance pay is minimal.
