Cons

- I am writing this review to avoid you going through the same disappointing experience. - even if you work there 10 years, maximum you can aim for as salary uplift is 15%. - There will be always an excuse to not align salaries with what’s practiced in similar roles in Cork. - the only way to get an uplift is moving services, even so don’t expect to get average Cork avantage salaries. - they will offer you “unofficial” title like senior role or TL but never dream of getting a written confirmation. - Opentext came up with this great idea to downgrade all employees titles from engineer lvl 3, to technical support specialist, to avoid looking like underpaid when compared to similar roles elsewhere. - when people complained about low salaries among other things they prepared a plan to blame employees for been less friendly and negative towards eachothers... whatever... - they are trying to turn a service company into data centre style. - they hired managers with micromanaging and bully reputation. - don’t even think to progress up, you are allowed to move laterally and stagnate.
