Leaders appear more concerned with job security than with effective leadership or developing their teams. Discriminatory Environment: Non-local language speakers may face discrimination, creating an uncomfortable and unsupportive work environment where concerns are ignored. Limited Autonomy & Lack of Respect: Employees are dismissed when offering advice or solutions, with discussions then happening "between leads." There's a lack of trust, as evidenced by the need to use separate laptops for job board access to track usage.
