-Adaptive -Good Pay -Fun team -Collaborative -Helpful HR -People really love what they do -Everyone is focused and committed -Remote work or in-office

Cons

The company is certainly going through growth pains. While we are able to assist in COVID response, the pandemic is still hampering communication interdepartmentally and fundamentally changing how the teams interact. This is as expected for any company, but it does change my opinion on company culture compared to how it used to be.
