Pros

much talk about work/life balance, colleagues experiences, effective

Cons

staffing does not cover PTO and CE time, often working overtime or short. High burn out. Much micromanagement. Nurses at all levels cannot work to fullest scope of practice. No NP independence. Do not put balance into practice, often cannot take PTO since there is no one to cover. Much required after hours so that you find yourself working all the time. No credentialing office - must do it all yourself. Poor IT support.

Pros

Tried to find a pro but there isn’t

Cons

Cannot have work/life balance Bc they will give you MANDATORY 15+ hrs of overtime each week, schedules are not flexible. it is only about numbers and they will tear you down if you don’t meet quotas. They require you to meet 16 different criteria’s on each phone call and if they are not met you don’t qualify for a raise. The plans they offer members don’t cover anything and it is your fault if the member is unhappy. Supervisors are always gossiping and chatting. Systems are hard to work with, outdated and complicated. The medical/prescription coverage have high deductibles.
