Pros

great co-workers - both on and off-shore. may be a fantastic company for younger personnel with big data and distributed processing skill-sets.

Cons

older on-shore staff possessing mainframe skill-sets are being replaced - as needed - by off-shore resources. this is only the consequence of modernization. i gave it 3 stars as a destination for those with mainframe skills. my other 'ratings' will be given in that context.

Management Failure

Pros

Competitive Salary, managers try to re-position employees in other projects instead of laying off when project gets under budget constraints. Flexible hours and work from home options.

Cons

Not transparent, hides level grades from employees to avoid paying bonus, the unpaid bonus distributed among managers, managers are unprofessional and many with no college degrees. They have neither management skills not technical skills, front desk guy promoted as manager of technical team due to favoritism forcing skilled people to seek opportunities elsewhere, financial mismanagement by managers.
