Pros
The casual and laid back atmosphere, you can wear jeans to work, intelligent employees (for the most part), good benefits and recognition if you do well. The people who work here are generally younger. There are opportunities to move laterally and into other departments.
Cons
There is too much office politics in certain departments. People getting promoted who didn't deserve to be only because they were kissing up to management. Need to work long hours if you want management to think you're a good worker. If you leave at 5pm, you're probably deemed as lazy even though you get your work done. People will throw you under the bus in order to make themselves look good.
