5yWhile this point of view and experience is hard to hear about, we appreciate the honesty and candid feedback.
We've made some much needed changes to management at Ore in 2019 and early 2020, which has improved our employee turnover rate (we're down to 3%), increased communication, and improved the overall experience at Ore.
We send out surveys every quarter asking employees what they like about Ore (so we can keep doing those things!) and what they don't like about Ore (so we can improve those things) and the feedback has helped us become a better company with happier employees. And we going to keep making things better with the help of everyone here at Ore as well as anonymous feedback shared online. In other words, thank you for helping us know where to improve.
