Ownership is terrible to its employees, pay is terrible and hires other people that don’t know what they are doing for more money than long time employees

We want to understand better our employees' frustrations and then get to work on making improvements. We take feedback to heart and then we work hard on making things right. We are actively revamping our compensation strategy to ensure we pay a fair and competitive wage not only to our new hires but all of our employees. We're also training (new and existing) employees with a new certifications and qualifications program that will increase our employees' skill level and pay. We are hiring more than ever to bring in experienced talent to help share the workload ...this includes responsibilities that owners have previously handled. Thanks for the feedback and the compliments! We agree we have a great environment, friendly people, and the work is consistent. And yes, the workload can be overwhelming at times! That's the price of growth which we're experiencing a lot of. We're working on level-loading the work to create more consistency to decrease the overwhelming times. In the meantime, we know how valuable our employees are and we appreciate their dedication and commitment to helping Ore continue to grow!

High-quality products and supportive leadership, but frequent changes

Pros

Their product was of the highest quality. I really felt passionate about facilitating green spaces in cities with the Ore product line. From the edging, fire pits, and water features the craftsmanship really showed the passion of the design, sales and manufacturing team. Shane is a great CEO and leader, he truly is deeply committed to providing a top tier product nationwide, working with the premier landscape architects in the country.

Cons

During my time there were 3 sales managers which created a lot of change but leadership always encouraged and open door policy to escalate concerns and opportunities for improvement.
