      Pros

      I honestly believe they want to do the best they can for women and girls.

      Cons

      Short sighted CEO: massive loans with high interest and the loss of exclusivity of a major brand seemed to be a surprise resulting in a huge lay offs with no change in business activities. Round after round of lay offs since spin. Can't help but think they are priming us for sale.

      Pros

      People are paid well and one of the few companies that still have a pension

      Cons

      Trending back to the old ways. Definitely a “good ole boys club”. Stock is terrible, most of us got it at $34 a share, it hit rock bottom at $10 and now is creeping back to low $20. Zero gain in 3 years while the rest of the market is doing amazing. Removed 3 Women SVP’s in less than 6 months, all replaced with men! HR team is the worst I have ever worked with. Don't live by company values.
