      Pros

      I started out as an entry level role and within my first few months my voice was actually heard when wanting to take on opportunities to get more involved in the company whether that was interns, new hire training, mentorship, etc. As long as I get my work done and do not interfere with scheduled client facing calls, I can step out in the middle of the day no problem.

      There are no cons with Origami at all.

      Everyone is willing to help each other and spend time with newer colleagues to help get them up to speed.

      Cons

      There are a lot of major company initiatives going on at once so sometimes it can feel overwhelming but there are a ton of learning opportunities.
